(ONGOING PROJECT) Através de uma observação prolongada e de sucessivos regressos a locais afetados pelos incêndios florestais, o projeto afasta-se da documentação do incêndio, privilegiando os vestígios que permanecem inscritos na superfície do território. Partindo da casca como metáfora de uma superfície que guarda e revela as marcas do tempo, a série estabelece relações visuais que evidenciam a coexistência entre elementos naturais e humanos. A sequência das imagens propõe uma leitura do território a partir dos vestígios deixados pelo fogo. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- (ONGOING PROJECT) Through prolonged observation and repeated returns to sites affected by wildfires, the project moves away from documenting the fire itself, instead focusing on the traces that remain inscribed on the surface of the territory. Using bark as a metaphor for a surface that both preserves and reveals the marks of time, the series establishes visual relationships that foreground the coexistence of natural and human-made elements. The sequence of images proposes a reading of the territory through the traces left by fire.
